With a pale yellow robe, this aromatic white puts on a show with greenish and citrus scents on the nose typical of cool-climate wines. In the mouth, this is shear and tangy, with a high level of citric acidity. Flavors of lime, Granny Smith apple and asparagus finish briny and crisp. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish and seafood, fresh cheeses, especially brie.
Viña Aresti was founded in 1951 by Vincente Aresti when he purchased a winery in the historic winemaking Curicó Valley. In 2012, his daughters Begoña and Ana María Aresti took over. They have continued their dad’s push to produce quality wines, obtaining international quality certifications (ISO 9001, ISO14001, BRC, HACCP) and Wines of Chile’s environmental sustainability certification.
